Maintain accurate sales files, contracts, and client documentation;
Handle data entry with precision and ensure all materials are routed efficiently to the appropriate team members;
Communication Coordination:
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and clients, helping ensure seamless communication and smooth day to day operations;
Guest & Client Service:
Greet and assist clients, support small group sales efforts, and help coordinate meeting details to create a welcoming and professional experience;
Team Support:
Stay informed on department goals and contribute to processes that help the sales team meet and exceed targets
