KEYENCE is seeking driven, goal-oriented college juniors who want to pursue a full-time role in sales post-graduation to join our Technical Sales Internship Program. This is a hands-on opportunity to explore a career in B2B sales while working with a global leader in automation and technology.
What You'll Do As a Technical Sales Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment while working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to real business outcomes. Partnering with our inside sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, warm leads, and strategic outreach. Learning and applying the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. Engaging directly with customers to understand their operations and demonstrate how KEYENCE solutions can drive value.
Shadowing outside sales reps to see how technical sales works in the field. Participating in mentorship and training programs designed to sharpen your sales acumen.
What We're Looking For Current juniors pursuing a bachelor's degree (Graduating Dec 2027 or May 2028). A competitive, goal-driven mindset with a passion for results. Strong communication skills and a desire to learn quickly. Interest in pursuing a career in technical or B2B sales after graduation.
