About the Role
Responsible supervising an inside sales team to ensure revenue and profit goals are met. Mentors and coaches an assigned team of sales representatives. Responsible for selling a complete supply solution to an assigned territory while
Your Impact- Sells consultatively to an assigned territory, detailing products, determines customer needs and requirements.
- Prospects specific vertical markets to identify decision makers and influencers.
- Responsible for CRM utilization and accurate pipeline management; demonstrates customer service skills by working through objections to close net new business.
- Assists sales representatives on bid and large sales opportunities.
- Runs reports in Oracle/S21 to assist in territory management.
- Responds to and resolves customer escalations.
- Ensures new hires in the department are trained.
- Works with Human Resources to identify and interview candidates; participates in the onboarding process.
- Holds monthly Plan and Reviews with Sale Reps on strategy; leads quarterly meeting with reps on department Rev / GP attainment.
- Leads, motivates, and manages for results.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Requires 5 years of related experience and management of two or more regular full-time employees; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an Administrative/Sales environment with a track record of quality, attention to detail and an aptitude at leadership.
- Demonstrates selling skills; proven customer service skills, ability to work within a professional, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in entire MS office Suite, (Excel, PowerPoint, and word).
- Ability to train and mentor reps on sales strategy;
Excellent organization and time management skills; excellent negotiation skills and strong decision-making abilities. - Experience using a CRM system; ability to handle escalated customer service issues and ability to present in front of groups/meeting.
We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $50,020 - $74,930 annually.
