Project Manager, Security

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain the facility security infrastructure for DSV, supporting all divisions.
• Work closely with the IT Building Management Team, external security vendors, and other departments to ensure compliance with DSV and regulatory security requirements.
• Architect comprehensive physical and technical security frameworks, including CCTV placements, intrusion detection, alarm systems, and automated barriers.
• Design and implement intelligent access control setups at entry points, loading docks, driver, and high‑value cages.
• Conduct continuous security risk assessments and facility audits.
• Source and manage relationships with security hardware vendors.

• A bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Extensive knowledge of security regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel (up to 40% where required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with security certifications, such as TAPA, C-TPAT, and AEO.
