What You'll Be Doing- Manage incoming service requests and provide initial troubleshooting support
- Coordinate field service schedules and assign technicians
- Prepare and quote service work, repairs, and replacement parts
- Oversee mechanical and electrical equipment installations from planning through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout service and installation projects
- Experience managing or coordinating field service, installation, or maintenance teams
- Background in industrial automation, custom machinery, packaging equipment, robotics, or manufacturing systems
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery
