Work Schedule
Monday–Friday 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, with ability to cover 1st and 3rd shifts and weekends as needed.
Job Responsibilities- Act as a floater for the logistics team providing as needed coverage for various routes
- Provide on‑route training for new couriers/drivers
- Assist with dispatch and pickups when needed
- Load all necessary suppliers for daily pickups
- Complete daily pick‑up schedule in a timely manner
- Deliver all daily picks to the branch at shift end
- Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently
- Operate company vehicle safely and obey all traffic laws
- Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily pick‑ups
- Work with dispatcher for additional pick‑ups as needed
- Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed
- 3 years or more driver or courier experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year or more customer service experience
- Very punctual with strong time‑management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to solve customer issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum age 21 years
Pay Range: $17.75 – $23.00 per hour. Eligible for 2nd Shift differential. For the position, a company vehicle is provided for route use; for $125 per month, the vehicle may be taken home for personal use.

Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are eligible to participate only in the 401(k) plan. Employees on a 7 on/7 off schedule receive all benefits except PTO or FTO.
