A Global Freight Forwarding Company in the is searching for an Import/ Export Coordinator to support their operation at the Elk Grove Village, IL area. The ideal candidate will have import or export operation for freight forwarding companies.
- :
-Tracking shipments and communicating about shipment’s progres - s-Communicating with carriers, customers, and agents via phone and email effectivel
- y-Fill out Ocean/ Air import/Export documentatio
- n-Receive, review, and process documentation for import/ expor
- t-Sending and receiving documents to clients and carrier
- s-Handle claims with insurance companies if shipment problems occu
- s:
-Must have High School Diploma or G - ED-2-3 years of experience in logistics field preferr
- ed-Must have excellent communication skills in written/verbal Engli
- sh-This position will not support visa sponsorship or relocation expens
