Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Looking for a warehouse job near Itasca, IL? We need Shipping and Receiving Associate workers who can move freight with speed, accuracy, safety, and get paid every week.

• Perform material handling tasks including sorting, deboxing, shredding, and receiving materials
• Operate forklifts and complete daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, and containers safely and efficiently
• Complete shipping paperwork, load sheets, bills of lading, and inventory reporting accurately
• Assist with material grading, bale storage, and shipment scheduling
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout practices and plant safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and production teams regarding operational issues
• Support overall plant operations and perform additional duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to work any shift as needed, including flexible scheduling
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
