Routing Analyst

The Router Analyst position is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing delivery routes for Christ Panos Foods, including calculating delivery routes and estimated delivery times and making necessary adjustments to support drivers, customers, and daily transportation operations.

• Establish delivery routes which are cost effective and compliant with Federal DOT guidelines while still maintaining an acceptable level of customer service, quality, and satisfaction.
• Utilize Road-net application to ensure delivery costs are held to company expected run rates year over year.
• Perform Road-net application routing maintenance daily to ensure all locations have accurate, timely, and up-to-date information:
• Standard Routes and Customer Delivery Requirements
• Geo-Coding, delivery days, time windows, service time types, service time overrides, account types, meal breaks
• Route start times, pre/post trips, starting/ending depot, travel modes, color for mapping, assigned driver, equipment, and DOT road checks
• Perform recap of previous days actual routing results; make necessary changes/adjustments to the standard routes, if required.
• Produce driver manifest report and distribute nightly.

Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm

Starting at $90,000 annually, depending on experience

• Must have prior routing knowledge, minimum 5 years
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Possess ability to resolve a variety of issues of non-routine nature with some independence.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and any required overtime.
