Position Title: Account Clerk Typist .5 FTE (10-Month)

Brief Description:

• Requires clear communication and direct contact with students, caregivers, and staff.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining accurate up-to-date records
  • Preparing reports, including audit preparation, completion, and banking
  • Organizing supervisor calendar, including scheduling of meetings
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Receives and organizes work to be processed, ordering supplies, event preparation
• Maintain school attendance records
• File correspondence and other materials
• Operate photocopiers, fax machines, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
• Receive and greet visitors when they arrive as necessary
• Function in collaboration with school-level staff, students, and administration

Required Qualifications:

Salary Range: $21.15per hour in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement
