Position Title:

Account Clerk Typist .5 FTE (10-Month)

Brief

Description:

* Requires clear communication and direct contact with students, caregivers, and staff.

* Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Maintaining accurate up-to-date records

* Preparing reports, including audit preparation, completion, and banking

* Organizing supervisor calendar, including scheduling of meetings

* Ability to work individually and as part of a team

* Receives and organizes work to be processed, ordering supplies, event preparation

* Maintain school attendance records

* File correspondence and other materials

* Operate photocopiers, fax machines, printers, scanners, and other office equipment

* Receive and greet visitors when they arrive as necessary

* Function in collaboration with school-level staff, students, and administration

Salary Range: $21.15 per hour in accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement
