Direct Patient Care: support ADLs, vitals, intake/output, weight tracking; report changes to RN;
Clerical Support: order supplies, answer telephones, charting, transfer paperwork, call bell management;
Administrative Assistance: schedule appointments, contact providers, help with prior authorizations, bed assignments coordination;
Patient Education and Organization: reinforce education, maintain bedside areas, hourly rounding;
Interdepartmental Communication: liaise with maintenance, housekeeping, dietary, security, and other departments
