Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Career Development, the Data Analyst leads the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of employment outcomes data for undergraduate, specialty master's, and MBA programs within the College. This highly visible role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employment data reported through platforms such as 12

Twenty and Qualtrics, while supporting external rankings, accreditation, and compliance surveys, as well as internal reporting needs. The Data Analyst develops and maintains key employment metrics, Tableau dashboards, and strategic reports for College and School leadership, identifying trends and insights that inform decision-making and enhance student career outcomes. The position also manages career technology platforms and vendor relationships, supports data-driven process improvements, collaborates with stakeholders across the College on data and technology initiatives, and represents the College in University-wide and peer institution data projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track, manage, analyze, and report on employment data collected through 12

    Twenty, Qualtrics, and other applicable platforms across multiple academic programs.
  • Audit employment outcomes data and follow up directly with students to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of employment reporting.
  • Interpret and compile employment data for external compliance surveys, rankings submissions, and internal ad hoc reporting requests while ensuring compliance with applicable reporting standards.
  • Develop and distribute key employment metrics and dashboards for College and School leadership, including offers, acceptances, employer trends, and employment outcomes analyses.
  • Uncover trends and key drivers of data by creating tables, graphs, Tableau dashboards, and reports that inform strategic decision-making and support leadership priorities.
  • Partner with Career Development leadership to develop and implement processes that improve knowledge rates and increase student participation in employment outcomes reporting.
  • Manage career technology platforms and student accounts, including annual account creation, maintenance, data reconciliation, and user support across multiple systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for career technology vendors, coordinating demonstrations, contract discussions, implementation efforts, usage reporting, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Support the College's rankings and survey initiatives by providing employment data and analysis for publications such as Bloomberg Business week, U.S. News & World Report, Financial Times, Fortune, and Poets&Quants.
