Position Title: Project Innovation ESP's

Brief Description: Project Innovation is an inclusive, project-based program where students engage in projects and case studies that answer complex questions or offer solutions to real-world problems. In the past, students have explored questions ranging from What do plants need to grow? to How can we include everyone in our own school? to What is the purpose of community art?. Teachers will design and implement this project-based programming throughout this summer program.

Teacher Aides/Teaching Assistants:

Up to 20 Prek Teacher Aides

Up to 50 K-8th Teacher Aides/ Teaching Assistants

Project Innovation Substitutes:

Up to 40 Prek-8th Substitute Teaching Aides/Teaching Assistants

Up to 20 Prek-8th Substitute Teachers

Location(s): Northeast Elementary

Anticipated Start Date: 7/1/2026-8/14/2026

Required Qualifications:

• Exhibits ability to implement culturally responsive curriculum; create an inclusive classroom; and differentiate instruction in order to engage the learning styles and needs of each student as an individual.

Salary Range: In accordance with collective bargaining agreement
