German Language Teacher

Brief Description: Provide German instruction to secondary students with varied levels of ability and experience to implement New York State and District curricular requirements. Teachers meet regularly in teams to collaborate and share resources.

Required Qualifications:

• The Ithaca City School District is committed to eliminating race, class, and disability as predictors of academic performance, co-curricular participation, and discipline. • All candidates must possess New York State Teacher Certification in Physics 5-9, Physics 7-12 or other New York State Science Certification may be considered. This requires at least a Bachelor's degree. Additional certification is encouraged. Licensed teachers from other states may qualify for reciprocity.
