STUDENT-Cross Team Office Assistant

Job Description

Duties:

• Mail Merge letters and address envelopes.
• Must be flexible, customer service oriented and willing to explain facility policies and procedures.
• Support for Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Graduate Assistants.
• Set up, breakdown of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Adobe preferred.
• Must possess outstanding problem solving, communication and customer service skills.
• Must be flexible, collaborative and willing to work with a variety of different personalities.
• Provide set-up, audio-visual and other event related equipment or services as is necessary.

Pay Rate: $15.50
