• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist or Hospital Lab Tech (4 years preferred)
• ASCP or equivalent Medical Technologist certification required
• Experience with variable shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality clinical laboratory support

• Perform laboratory tests and clinical procedures following established protocols
• Analyze patient samples and report accurate results to support diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
