• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Surgical Technician in Labor & Delivery (L&D) or OB healthcare setting
• Proven experience scrubbing for cesarean sections
• Skilled in vital signs monitoring, supply stocking, bed changes, circumcision assists, hearing screening, and delivery room support
• Certified Surgical Technician (Surg Tech) – required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Onsite training for hearing screening machine provided

• Scrub and assist during cesarean sections and OB surgical procedures
• Support labor, delivery, and postpartum patients in a clinical support role
• Monitor and record patient vital signs
• Maintain a clean, organized healthcare environment and stock supplies
• Assist with bed changes, circumcisions, and newborn hearing screenings
• Act as a delivery room assistant as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
