• Setting: Maternal Child Health Unit – Labor & Delivery
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 2/16/2026 – End: 5/18/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,460 - $1,570 per week

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technician in Labor & Delivery or OB Tech role
• Certified Surgical Technician (Surg Tech) – CST certification required
• Proven experience scrubbing for cesarean sections
• Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
• Ability to check vital signs, assist with bed changes, stocking, circumcision assists, hearing screening, and delivery room support
• Onsite training provided for hearing screening machine

• Scrub for cesarean sections and assist in OB surgical procedures
• Support labor & delivery and postpartum patients when not in surgery
• Check and record patient vital signs
• Assist with bed changes, stocking medical supplies, and maintaining a clean clinical environment
• Provide assistance during circumcisions and deliveries
• Perform newborn hearing screenings (training provided)
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure optimal patient care
