• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (orthopedic nursing or clinic experience preferred)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical support skills
• Ability to supervise and support LPNs and medical assistants in a healthcare setting

• Deliver direct patient care and clinical support in the Orthopedics Clinic
• Assist physicians and mid-level providers with patient assessments, orthopedic procedures, and treatments
• Coordinate patient appointments and ensure high-quality patient service
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming healthcare environment for patients and staff
• Demonstrate patient-centered care, teamwork, safety, and respect in all clinical interactions
• Supervise and provide guidance to LPNs and medical assistants as part of the healthcare team
