Job Details:

• ARRT credentials for Diagnostic Imaging required

• NYS license required

• Enhanced NYS license for injection required

• Complete all steps involved with MRI exams including documentation

• Document patient history, tech information, contrast information, and IV injection information

• Scan paperwork packs into the system

• Follow all MRI safety policies consistently for staff and patients

• Consistently follow patient identification policy

• Label syringes when loading with date, time, contrast, and initials

• Follow all policies and procedures regarding use of ISTAT

• Demonstrate knowledge of MR department procedures and protocols

• Set acquisition factors for optimal image quality

• Evaluate images for quality

• Accurately follow physician's instructions
