Procures and distributes medications per physician request, pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignment according to established policies, procedures and protocols;
Replenishes medications in automated dispensing units and emergency drug containers; rotates and manages stock before expiration date; generates reports, pick lists, and labels as required;
Prepares intravenous admixtures and other sterile preparations safely and accurately using appropriate techniques;
Complies with sterile compounding regulations and practices;
Restocks medication and IV room areas accurately and in a timely manner
