Occupational Therapist – Outpatient – Full Time – Days FLEX

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans focusing on improving daily living skills and functionality.
• Create and implement therapy programs to aid in rehabilitation, adaptation, and motor skill enhancement.
• Document patient progress and modify therapy plans as needed for optimal recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to ensure integrated care and positive patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on strategies for independence and improved quality of life.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education:
  
  Completion of an accredited occupational therapy Bachelors program.
• Licensure:
  Valid NY State occupational therapy licensure.
• Previous occupational therapy experience is a bonus.

Location and Travel Requirements:

• Requires physical abilities such as keyboard use, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Location:
  
  Ithaca, New York 14850. Occasional travel to nearby clinic locations may be necessary.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-Time Days FLEX, 40 hours per week within clinic operating hours.
• Travel:
  Minimal local travel may be required.

Pay Range Disclosure:

• Salary Range: $70,720 to $81,120 annually. Benefits include tuition scholarships, health plan, retirement contribution, PTO, and more.
