Patient Service Representative - Cayuga Women's Health

Cayuga Health System -  - Responsibilities:
Coordinate with outpatient clinics to schedule cardiac testing and invasive cardiovascular procedures;
Verify patient demographics, procedural ordering, and procedural authorization;
Reconcile provider and schedules with procedural unit schedules and verify block utilization;
Create and organize all aspects of patient charts, maintain adequate levels of office supplies;
Manage the operations of the front desk of the department, provide a welcoming forward facing demeanor for all incoming outpatients and provider requests
