Cayuga Health System - 101 Dates Drive - Responsibilities:
Direct Patient Care
- Toileting, ambulating, repositioning, monitoring and recording intake and output of fluids;
Reinforcing education with patients on incentive spirometer use and fall prevention;
Maintaining a clean and organized patient bedside area to ensure a safe workspace;
Intentionally rounding on each patient every hour;
Report abnormal findings or changes in the patient's condition to the RN
