Cayuga Health System - 101 Dates Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care including toileting, ambulating, repositioning, and monitoring and recording intake and output of fluids; record patient weight and vital signs; report abnormal findings to the RN;
Reinforce patient education (e.g., incentive spirometer use, fall prevention);
Maintain a clean and organized bedside area to ensure a safe workspace;
Conduct hourly rounding on each patient;
Assist with activities of daily living and support on the 4 South Telemetry unit
