Registered Nurse (RN)
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient and family support and nursing care within their full scope of practice. Execute the nursing process to provide effective, evidence-based care including the assessment, development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and services for patients, families, and the community. The responsibilities include observation data collection, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs as guided by an individualized and ongoing plan of care.
The RN works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team. Communicates in a clear and respectful fashion with both patients and teammates with every encounter. Represents Cayuga Health with the highest level of customer service.
