Target - Up to $38.65/hour - - Responsibilities:
Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement, including merchandising, pricing, changes to displays, sampling and promotions.;
Maintain a fresh, full and food safe area with inventory management and Food Safety policies.;
Lead a team of hourly team members, including hiring, coaching, developing, evaluating, and retaining talent.;
Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors to ensure brand standards and product availability.;
Remain up-to-date on trends to educate team members and support hiring/onboarding processes.
