Lead overnight merchandising execution with purpose and collaborate with merchandising leadership to drive performance;
Coordinate staffing, training, and task execution for forklift operators and merchandising teams during overnight shifts;
Oversee overnight execution including display setup, pallet movement, and sales floor resets to prepare for morning operations;
Maintain merchandise presentation and availability with proper signage and quantities across the sales floor;
Promote safety, sanitation, and compliance, including forklift operation and equipment maintenance
