Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs;
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers of shipments;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds per policy and ensure proper invoicing of merchandise;
Ensure Zipline messages are communicated and merchandising tasks delegated and completed;
Ensure team adheres to posted work schedule and clock-in/clock-out per policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties including day-end procedures, deposits, and securing the store and deliveries
