We’re seeking a Customer Retention Specialist who will own existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to deepen coverage, increase retention, and contribute to agency growth. This is a hybrid service and sales role where every conversation is a chance to strengthen trust and deliver value.

- Support claims follow-up and service requests with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the team to hit retention and sales goals
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- A service-first mindset paired with comfort in sales conversations
- Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales preferred
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (full support provided)
- Competitive base pay plus commissions and performance bonuses
