Responsibilites

In this role, you will assist with the development and preparation of cerebral organoids used to study the progression of aggressive brain tumors, including glioblastoma. Responsibilities include supporting experimental design and implementation, performing organoid growth and maintenance procedures, collecting and organizing research data, and contributing to ongoing laboratory studies. Working closely with the research team, you will help advance scientific understanding of brain cancer and support projects aimed at improving future diagnostic and treatment approaches.

Requirements

* Associate's degree in related field

* Experience following laboratory protocols and maintaining accurate records.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative research team.

* Effective written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Position Details

* This is a full time 11-week temporary position located in Ithaca, NY

* We are unable to provide Visa sponsorship for this position

* Relocation assistance will not be provided

* The anticipated pay rate will be $20.00/hr
