Responsibilities Include
* Recruiting, communicating with, and supporting study participants throughout the project.
* Coordinating participant records, communications, and project documentation.
* Assisting with data collection, tracking, and management activities.
* Supporting GIS-related tasks, mapping, and spatial data organization.
* Responding to participant inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
* Collaborating with project staff to ensure timelines and project goals are met.
* Assisting with administrative and operational tasks that support the research team.
* Other duties as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong writing and oral skills required.
* Experience organizing information, maintaining records, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a project team.
* Familiarity with GIS software and spatial data concepts is preferred but not required.
Position Details
* This is full-time onsite temporary position offering up to 40 hours per week in Ithaca, NY
* Expected duration: 2-4 months
* The anticipated pay rate is $20 - $30/hr
