Provide customer service by greeting guests, visitors, and staff at the front desk, verifying access as appropriate, and following site-specific security-related procedures;
Monitor lobby and entry activity, assist with visitor management, and help to address unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations by communicating with hotel personnel, first responders, and/or Allied Universal management as needed;
Maintain awareness of front desk operations, document security-related events and/or incidents, and complete required reports in a timely manner;
Support emergency response activities, provide directions and information to guests, and help to uphold a professional presence at the location
