Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and/or access concerns, and report observations to site leadership and appropriate personnel;
Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures
