Asset Protection Manager-Ithaca

Earn a bonus up to $5,000!  In this role, you will manage and develop a store team of Asset Protection (AP) professionals responsible for executing the store's security programs. You'll be responsible for building relationships with store leadership and work together to mitigate risk and provide a safe environment for customers and employees to work and shop. This role also requires a commitment to continuous learning and completion of a series of training modules and seminars to be successful.

Provide guidance and support to employees and customers during emergency events
Foster a collaborative and professional relationship with community organizations, intelligence agencies emergency responders, and local retailers or trade organizations
Coordinate and lead the work of the AP team within the store, including external contract security and/or law enforcement while maintaining effective communication across all levels
Provide relevant updates and training to all store employees to increase safety and security awareness
1 or more years of full-time experience as a sworn police officer with arrest authority in a military, municipal, county, state, or federal police agency
~ Valid license to carry a firearm
~Experience in a training related role
Bachelor's degree in related field
