• Monitoring and managing Purchase Orders (PO), deliveries, Goods Receipts (GRs), and invoices in the SAP system.
• Creating Purchase Orders (PO) and managing related changes, including for "after the fact" cases.
• Negotiating for predefined product/service categories, in accordance with internal policies.
• Managing and creating contracts in SAP/Docu Sign to ensure compliance and avoid "after the fact" cases.
• Providing support for invoice processing and discrepancy management.
• Offering Helpdesk support for suppliers and buyers.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize procurement activities.
• Ensuring that all activities comply with the control and compliance framework and are in line with Global Standard Policies and Procedures.

• Academy of Economic Studies Graduation or equivalent experience in Finance
• 1+ years of experience, works independently with minimal guidance, receives directions from more senior roles, medium high-complexity tasks
• Strong written & oral communications skills in Turkish and English
• Experience working in a similar Shared Services Centre sets up a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of one of these European languages is required (English, Turkish).
• Prior experience in working with Procurement tools like Ariba/Coupa/SAP SRM and ERPs would be preferred
