We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to strengthen PORSCHE brand's customer-centric marketing and CRM strategies.

This role is responsible for managing sales-driven CRM strategies, overseeing customer lifecycle management, and coordinating global CRM system integration processes. The position works closely with Porsche AG and internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and commercial performance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
  • 5–7 years of experience in Marketing, CRM or Digital Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, customer data management, and campaign performance analysis
  • Experience working with global teams; fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Customer-oriented and structured thinking capabilities
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities
  • Confident, professional and representative appearance and assertiveness
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the global Porsche and local CRM system integration process in coordination with Doğuş Technology and Porsche AG internal teams
  • Coordinate global and local stakeholders, including organizing integration meetings and managing training processes
  • Design and manage new customer acquisition and customer lifecycle management strategies aligned with sales targets
  • Analyze customer surveys, research, and feedback to define effective CRM actions
  • Generate monthly reports for CRM campaign performance and help update customer database to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the customer journey.
  • Define & implement data-driven customer processes, while creatively establishing new customer touchpoints to enhance the customer journey
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition, including Churn Management and Loyalty Campaigns.
  • Analyze lead campaign effectiveness using metrics such as CPL, lead-to-sales conversion, and test drive conversion rates
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales funnel performance to identify trends and optimize marketing and sales efforts.
  • Manage CRM and performance marketing budgets effectively
