• Prepares daily journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assists with monthly close processes.
• Maintain and process fixed asset records in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local tax standards, including capitalization, depreciation/amortization, and disposals.
• Control and review monthly depreciation and amortization calculations.
• Monitors the entries to the SAP on a monthly basis.
• Manage and follow fixed asset transfer processes.
• Follows the import investment processes, makes journal entries registers to SAP.
• Records and follows the invoice processes related to the investments.
• Monitors ongoing investment accounts and capitalization of assets.
• Ensures compliance with IFRS, VUK, and USGAAP.
• Fulfills with fixed asset system month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Fulfills with preparation of audit schedules for internal and external auditors.
• Participate and manages system development processes.
• Participate S/4
  
  HANA transformation process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial or Management Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3 years’ experience preferably in an accounting or similar role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Being a good team player and willing to be a part of accounting project teams.
• Strong analytical, data gathering and problem-solving skills
• Motivated and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
• Organized, dedicated, and flexible with a fast-learning mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with senior-level management
• Strong ability to work with senior management and collaborating with multiple departments.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, especially in Excel.
• Extensive knowledge on data analysis / data visualization / data science is a strong asset
• Knowledge of chart of accounts
• IFRS & USGAAP knowledge is an asset
• SAP-FI experience is an asset
