• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in finance.
• Analytical mindset with a problem‑solving approach.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven, capable of working independently and within a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience with Power BI and SQL is a plus.
