The Kitchen Stewards at Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort are responsible for deep cleaning all kitchens on JRCR property. They follow directions from supervisory staff and adhere to departmental policies to maintain a sanitary, safe kitchen environment.
Daily tasks include cleaning filters, troughs, and drip machines, degreasing floors, wiping hoods, and operating steam cleaners. This role supports a high-volume setting with flexibility for additional duties as needed.
