  • Financial Oversight: Manage the organizational budget, control expenses, improve revenue cycle management, and achieve regional profit goals.
  • People Leadership: Mentor clinic directors, support staff, and physical therapists, overseeing hiring, retention, and performance management for 130 team members.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify expansion opportunities within rural markets, develop local community partnerships, and launch new service lines.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all clinics follow state and federal healthcare regulations, HIPAA standards, and high-quality patient care guidelines.
Key Measures for Success:

  • Revenue Performance: Meet or exceed clinic revenue and budget targets while improving profit margins.
  • Operational Efficiency: Meet or exceed productivity and budget targets for clinician visits, cancellation and no-show rates, and scheduling efficiency.
  • Marketing ROI: Generate measurable growth in qualified leads and conversion rates while controlling acquisition costs and meeting each clinic’s new-patient needs.
  • Referral Development: Expand and retain physician and community referral relationships while meeting or exceeding clinic referral targets.
  • Clinic Expansion: Successfully launch and ramp up new locations in support of 20% annual growth and a 15–20% profit margin.
  • Team Performance and Retention: Develop a strong leadership pipeline, reduce employee turnover, and maintain high employee engagement.
  • Patient

    Experience:

Maintain high patient satisfaction, positive online reviews, and company-wide NPS rankings of 98–99% or higher.
  • Patient Outcomes: Meet or exceed Health Actions’ established Plan of Care completion measures and national averages for functional outcomes.
  • Compliance and Quality: Maintain consistent adherence to regulatory, payer, and documentation standards through clinic- and individual-level performance audits.
Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Education: Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (PT), or a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of healthcare executive leadership experience, with specific multi-site outpatient clinic management background.
  • Rural Healthcare Knowledge: Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in rural healthcare delivery and staffing.
  • Leadership

    Skills:

Strong ability to lead diverse teams, communicate clearly, and build a positive workplace culture.
  • Business Acumen: Proven track record in financial budgeting, healthcare compliance, and operational scaling.
