Position:
Customer Service Representative

• Greet customers and run the register as a cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions to customers.
• Assist with the store’s food program when required.
• Maintain the high standards for store appearance in multiple areas inside and outside the store.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers and support a fun, energetic team.
• Attend the store regularly and punctually.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Effective communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Capacity to work at a quick pace while enjoying teamwork and problem‑solving.
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn.

• Stand and/or walk up to 8 hours a shift.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds up to the waist level for up to 30 minutes.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing for storage or signage tasks.
