Alabama Title Loans, Inc is seeking a customer-facing sales associate to engage with clients, ask the right questions, and guide them through financial conversations. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, stay motivated, and take feedback to improve performance in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred experience includes customer service, sales or collections, strong communication skills, and the ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays. Fluency in English;
Spanish is a plus.
