SCHOOL CLERK-Bookkeeper Duties
(200 DAY POSITION)
SUMMARY:
- Performs a variety of clerical activities related to the function of the assigned school site and/or program
- Applies principals of accounting to initiate payment for vendors
- Maintains verification through balancing of the check register and cash requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: (Must provide documentation with application).
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work well with students, parents, staff, and the community.
- High integrity, excellent character, and good professional reputation.
- Previous K12 clerical experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities preferred
- Previous bookkeeping or financial experience preferred
- Experience with CSI (Smart Fusion) software preferred
