Maintenance Technician

Position Purpose The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. The Maintenance Technician supports the location's safety and predictive and productive maintenance systems to achieve location goals and objectives. Essential Functions
* Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of production machines and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding systems.
* Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
* Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks accurately.
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment, following lockout/tag-out procedures and safety regulations.
* Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure proper adjustments or repairs.
* Operate from elevated platforms and mobile lift equipment as needed.
* Report defective materials, faulty operations, or unusual situations to supervisors.
* Maintain accurate records in computerized maintenance systems and ensure work areas are clean and organized.
* Support company values and continuous improvement efforts by performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
* Performs other duties as assigned

* 1-3 years Minimum of 2 years of vocational or technical training in industrial mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal training.
