Job Opportunity At America's Preferred Home Warranty

Position Details:
- Location: Full-Time-In the Jackson, MI Corporate Office
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am.
-5:00pm. (Overtime as needed) - Wage: Starting at $15.50 per hr.

Day To Day:
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Process incoming payments while verifying information is correct
- Document management, problem resolution, and solve administrative issues with customers
- Providing support over the phone and email for customers and employees
- Research, resolve and update contracts and issues
- Prepare reports and balance accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Excellent attendance record
- Recent Accounts Receivable experience
- Accounting software knowledge (Quick Books, Peachtree, Net Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
