Overview

Description – Make an impact behind the scenes that directly supports participant care. Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about accuracy? As a Claims Processor
, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our participants receive the services they need—without delays or barriers. This position supports Shore-to-Shore PACE programs, including Life Circles PACE, Huron Valley PACE, and Thome PACE
, and helps maintain the financial integrity of our programs and participant care.

Schedule – Full Time, 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Department – Finance

Location – This is a hybrid role, available in Ypsilanti, Jackson, Holland, Muskegon, or surrounding areas.

Compensation – $20.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Process electronic and paper claims accurately
  • Verify approvals and documentation before processing
  • Track claim status and follow up with vendors as needed
  • Review and resolve denied claims
  • Assist with claims reporting and data tracking
  • Participate in team meetings and training
  • Follow company policies and applicable regulations

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field — or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of financial or claims-related experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and data entry/management systems
