Alignment Technician

Belle Tire is seeking an Alignment Technician to perform precise wheel alignments, suspension checks, and related services for passenger and light commercial vehicles. In this customer-first, team-oriented shop, you'll inspect vehicles, diagnose alignment and tire wear issues, operate alignment equipment, and complete repairs to manufacturer and company standards. You'll also support basic tire and wheel services, document work clearly, and communicate findings to teammates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform wheel alignments on passenger and light commercial vehicles using computerized alignment equipment
• Inspect suspension, steering, and tire conditions to diagnose alignment-related issues
• Make necessary adjustments and minor repairs to meet manufacturer and company specifications
• Assist with tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and flat repairs as needed
• Document inspection results, services performed, and recommended repairs accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate technical findings clearly to service advisors and teammates
• Use alignment and shop equipment in accordance with training and company standards
• Support a customer-first, team-oriented culture focused on honesty and integrity
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical skills
