Automotive Technician​/Mechanic

Belle Tire is seeking an Automotive Technician/Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain passenger vehicles in a fast-paced retail environment. You will perform inspections, brake and tire work, alignments, fluid services, and general repairs while following all safety and quality standards. Work closely with teammates to deliver honest, customer-first service and clear recommendations. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair passenger vehicles following manufacturer and company standards
• Perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repairs
• Complete brake services, alignments, and suspension work
• Conduct multi-point inspections and preventative maintenance services
• Communicate clearly with customers and staff about vehicle needs and options
• Follow all safety, shop, and environmental procedures
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately
• Maintain clean, organized work bays and proper tool care
• Document work performed and recommended services accurately
• Support and mentor team members while contributing to a positive, customer-first culture
